We specialize in the repair of Hewlett Packard laser printers and Designjet printers (plotters). We DO NOT repair inkjet printers. We occasionally sell refurbished laser printers.

Since we specialize,we are able to provide you with high quality service. In most cases we will tell you what the repair will cost on your initial phone call to us.

Our clients range from a one man home based business with one printer to large companies with fifty or more laser printers.

We are based in Sterling, Virginia.We have a carry in depot in Arlington, VA.

Founded by Mitch Pilchuk in 1993, servicing computers, copy machines, fax machines, and laser printers. In 1994, we changed our focus to laser printers only. We realized that there was a real need for competent laser printer repair.
